What We Do

National and International Relations

Since 1999 YOAI became member of the International Confederation of Childhood Cancer Parents Organizations (ICCCPO) The Organization was first set up in Spain in 1994. Up to present ICCCPO has 148 members from 81 countries around the world.

In the year 2008 YOAI was able to complete a Project called “Integrated Community-Based Leukemia & Retinoblastoma Early Detection Campaign and Referral Treatment”, at 10 participating poor community health centers in North and West Jakarta. The Project was in co-operation with two other foundations, The Indonesian Cancer Foundation (YKI) and Coalition of Healthy Indonesia (KuIS), with the funds supported by Sanofi Aventis through UICC.
